Description

A refreshing mango salsa that’s perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Mangos
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 3 key limes (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. First start by slicing the mangos into small bite sized pieces. I like to cut off the edges, and then cut off the skin. Then, cut into small diced chunks from there.
  2. Next, dice the red onion, slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the cilantro.
  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Add on the key lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix once more and enjoy.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve chilled for the best flavor.
  • Can be paired with tortilla chips or used as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
