A delicious creamy dip made with cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef, perfect for serving with crackers.

- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (cubed)
- 16 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 14 oz sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
- 6 oz cooked corned beef (chopped)
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- Crackers for dipping
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, thousand island dressing, and milk in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until everything is melted and creamy. Stir 1-2 times during the cook time to make sure everything melts evenly.
- Serve with crackers, for dipping.

- This dip can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
- Adjust the cooking time based on your slow cooker model; some may require less time.
