Delicious bread pudding made with cranberries and flavored with vanilla and cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 4 cups stale bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine milk, cream, maple syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and cranberries to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This bread pudding can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Consider adding a drizzle of extra maple syrup on top when serving.
